Daniella Binyamin – a singer/songwriter with roots in both the countryside of Sweden and the vivid cities of the Middle East, growing up with two worlds. Sometimes feeling half, sometimes double.
Writing songs and stories have always been her way to try to understand herself and the world outside. A way to calibrate the chaos in her mind and heart. The music is alternative and cinematic pop world and is both powerful and fragile, with a focus on her delicate and present voice and ways of storytelling.
Spring ´23, Daniella released her debut EP “Abba”. A personal portrait that started taking shape when Daniella moved to her mum’s little house in the woods after a break up.
With songs like “abba” and “out of fuel” (premiered by “notion” and on rotation on Swedish radio p3), a nomination to this years “gaffa priset” and a sold out headline show at “musikaliska kvarteret” in Stockholm, she shows that she’s here to stay.
Right now Daniella is working on her debut album.
